Post-Experimental Pop: Taunuszweitausend

Monday, September 6th, 2010

I have no idea what “post-experimental pop” means. But I was invited to take pictures of Taunuszweitausend’s gig at the Hanau Buergerfest. I believe that without knowing any of their tunes, you will get the picture. Literally. Click here or on the image below to get to the gallery. Find out more about their oevre at http://taunuszweitausend.de.

Shooting Conny

Sunday, August 8th, 2010

It started with a “help! I need a picture for my job application, but not the stuff they’ll do at the corner shop studio” post on Facebook. Against the backdrop of Frankfurt’s Westhafen we got a few good shots – even though Conny’s choice of clothing may appear somewhat daring for a job application. But that’s product designers for you.

Liquid Stills – A Portfolio Gallery

Saturday, August 7th, 2010

Photographers are self-conscious people – and so am I. In search for some vague idea of “perfection”, I have had various gos at publishing my images, but except for occasional contributions to my social networks I have pretty much kept my collection to myself. But there is a time when one discovers great Lightroom web gallery plugins at Photographer’s Toolbox and suddenly there it is: “Liquid Stills“.
